This notice describes how this site handles waitlist, newsletter and contact requests.
What you provide
The engineer waitlist asks for your name, email and optional company. Newsletter signup asks for your email. Contact asks for your name, email and message. Newsletter consent is separate from waitlist membership and contact requests.
What happens to your request
For waitlist and newsletter signup, we save your request and send an email asking you to confirm. Only confirmed new memberships are added to the public waitlist count. We do not publish your personal details.
Your newsletter choice
Newsletter signup is optional. You can unsubscribe using the link supplied with newsletter messages. This does not remove your waitlist membership.
Essential site cookies
The site uses cookies to remember your language, protect forms against forged requests, and display a recent submission receipt. These cookies do not enroll you in the newsletter.
Contact requests
We save your message and queue a notification for the team’s contact mailbox. Your email is included as Reply-To so the team can respond; we do not send an automatic reply or subscribe you to updates. Undelivered or failed contact payloads and private review mail are pruned after seven days. Contact request receipts and pseudonymous abuse-limit metadata expire after 24 hours, with cleanup at startup, hourly and on new requests. Delivery clears the local message body and Reply-To. Copies in the team mailbox follow its separate retention policy.

Waitlist and newsletter records are retained without automatic deletion; unsubscribing stops newsletters but does not delete stored records. Delivery arrangements
Requests are stored on Saisit’s hosted server. Confirmation and team-contact emails are sent through Google Workspace over encrypted SMTP. / تُحفظ الطلبات على خادم Saisit المستضاف. تُرسل رسائل التأكيد والتواصل مع الفريق عبر Google Workspace باستخدام اتصال SMTP مشفّر.
